Update on COVID-19

During these unprecedented times, I hope you and your family remain safe and well. The entire team at JASCO would like to state our continued commitment to you and your organization as we adapt to the challenges that we are all being faced with. The management team is continuing to monitor the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation and is adapting our services as necessary. We are fortunate that our business remains fully functioning and we are able to continue to deliver the same high level of instrumentation and support to all of our customers. In particular:

Members of the service and technical support teams are ready to support you either in person or remotely. If it is necessary for an engineer to visit your facility, you can be assured they will follow the highest level of safety protocols. Please be assured that JASCO R&D and manufacturing in Tokyo, Japan continues to operate normally. However, logistics by all major shipping companies are affected by the reduction in global transit. Fortunately, we retain sufficient inventory of instrumentation and service parts in the US. While we will do our best to process and deliver your order – there may be a delay in supply due to the burdens being encountered by the major delivery companies. It is important to keep us updated on any operational changes your company may be facing that impact your ability to receive shipments, please contact sales@jascoinc.com with any concerns or updates.
