SFC offers an excellent alternative to normal phase HPLC with the advantages of faster separations and extraction, cleaner sample recovery and lower operating costs. This technique is especially ideal for chiral and achiral screening. JASCO is the only company to offer a circular dichroism detector with its SFC systems.
