qHOS is a new statistical software package developed by JASCO. qHOS can perform spectral similarity analysis on a multitude of data types such as FTIR, Raman, Circular dichroism, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra. Spectral comparison is essential for protein higher order structure analysis for systems such as monoclonal antibodies and biotherapeutics. Options included in qHOS such as weighting by spectral noise or external stimuli make detection of small differences in spectra possible with high sensitivity.
