The expression CMS range of compact single quadrapole mass spectrometers for small molecule analysis. The CMS can be interfaced with HPLC or SFC for analytical to preparative scale separations. ChromNAV chromatography Data system, includes integrated control for selecting measurement parameters and executing measurement with timed event control for switching polarity and mass range. TIC, EIC and SIM can all be used to monitor chromatograms and to trigger fraction collection for selective fractionation.
