Cannabis potency testing has become routine for cannabis and hemp manufacturing companies. We have developed a simple and rapid analytical method for that does not require mobile-phase additives, which can be easily formulated; saving time and money on unnecessary chemicals. This method is used on a fully automated, simple to use LC-4000 HPLC system with UV detection for rapid results.
The secondary goal is to show that this method can be transferred to preparative scale without modification. For a company using prep LC or flash chromatography, the incorporation of this stationary phase can simplify selective purification or THC remediation.
