Abstract
The transfer and trapping of holes in a G-quadruplex were investigated by laser flash photolysis and pulse radiolysis . The results show that the G-quadruplex between riboflavin and the G bases efficient charge separation occurs because the planar G - quartets can capture holes excellently.
