Reflection Absorption Spectroscopy (RAS) measures thin films on a metal surface using polarized light. Compared with conventional reflection measurement, sensitivity can be increased by up to a few orders of magnitude. The grazing angle reflection objective includes a recognition sensor and a slide-in mount.
