Grazing Angle Objective

Reflection absorption spectrometry (RAS) is used for the measurement of thin films on a metal surface using polarized light. Compared with conventional reflection measurement, sensitivity can be increased by up to a few orders of magnitude. The grazing angle reflection objective includes a recognition sensor, and has a slide-in mount.
