The IRT-1000X is a micro-sampling accessory designed for easy measurement of micro-sized samples. JASCO has successfully integrated the essential functions of an IR microscope into a compact body, resulting in a small, lightweight, and cost-effective solution. The IRT-1000X can be easily mounted in the sample compartment of an FTIR main unit, just like other standard IR accessories.

The IRT-5X is one of JASCO’s most advanced FTIR microscopes, designed for high-resolution analysis with effortless control. It features a 5M pixel camera, optional Duo MCT detectors (mid- and narrow-band), and a refined optical system with an electronic iris for improved image quality. With support for reflection measurements on samples up to 40 mm thick, precise analysis with the XYZ auto-stage, and the condenser objective slide-in mechanism, the IRT-5X delivers unmatched performance.

The IRT-7X combines advanced optical performance, intelligent automation, and intuitive software to deliver high-quality microscopic analysis. Featuring a 5M pixel camera, electronic iris, dual detector capability, and an XYZ auto-stage with auto-focus, the IRT-7X delivers high-resolution imaging and reliable material identification. As part of JASCO’s globally trusted spectroscopy solutions, the IRT-7X provides the precision, flexibility, and performance required for advanced materials characterization and foreign particle analysis.
